Job Description

- Provide one-on-one counseling to prospective and enrolled students about aviation career paths, course offerings, eligibility criteria, and training modules.

- Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries; offer detailed information about programs such as air hostess training, ground staff, and airport management.

- Guide students through the admission process, assist with application forms, documentation, and coordinate with the admissions department for smooth onboarding.

- Help students understand career opportunities in the aviation industry and align their interests and strengths with suitable programs offered by the institute.

- Regularly follow up with leads and prospective students to improve enrollment rates and ensure a high conversion ratio from inquiry to admission.

- Communicate with parents to address queries, clarify program details, and assure them of the career support and quality of training provided by FLYWAYY.

- Maintain accurate and updated records of student inquiries, counseling sessions, and admission statuses using CRM or institutional databases.

- Represent the institute at school/college seminars, education fairs, and career counseling sessions to promote aviation programs and increase brand awareness.

- Monitor student satisfaction, address concerns during the academic journey, and escalate issues to relevant departments to reduce dropouts.

- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure aligned messaging and smooth transition from counseling to classroom.
