Designation - Telesales Executive
Working Days:Monday to Saturday
Shift Timings:9:30 am - 6:45 pm
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain product features and benefits clearly.
Generate leads through cold calling and provide final business Loan.
Schedule appointments for interested prospects.
Follow up with existing customers for feedback and upselling opportunities.
Maintain customer information and call logs in CRM.
Meet and exceed call volume and lead generation targets.
Engage with customers and drive business growth.
Requirements:
Good verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with basic computers and banking applications/software.
Proven working experience as a Loan department.
Min Qualification required: Graduation.
