Job Description

- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients for property promotions and follow-ups.

- Generate and nurture leads through daily telecalling activities.

- Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into site visits and sales inquiries.

- Welcome walk-in clients and visitors courteously.

- Maintain the front office area in a professional and presentable manner.

- Schedule site visits and meetings for clients with sales executives.

- Send reminders and confirmations for appointments.

- Assist with daily office activities like handling emails, documentation, and filing.

- Address client queries regarding property listings, availability, and pricing.

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about current projects.

- Maintain and update databases of potential and existing clients.

- Generate and submit daily/weekly call reports to the management team.
