- Maintain a daily call log and update lead status regularly in the CRM.
- Clearly explain course details, eligibility, duration, and career opportunities to prospective students.
- Address queries related to fees, batches, certification, placement support, etc.
- Promote the benefits of choosing Bankedge Academy for career development in the BFSI sector.
- Schedule in-person or virtual counseling sessions with the Academic Counselors.
- Book slots for demo sessions, webinars, or placement talks.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with students in CRM or Excel.
- Segment leads based on interest level, qualification, and follow-up schedule.
- Work towards weekly and monthly enrollment/call targets.
- Share timely reports on call outcomes and lead conversions with the manager
- Handle calls professionally, maintaining politeness and clarity.
- Build a positive rapport with prospective students and parents.
- Take feedback from interested and enrolled students to improve the telecalling and counseling process.
- Share insights about common student concerns with the management.
