•  recruit and manage the team of relationship managers.

• team of rms should be joining with the team leader

• minimum 5 rms should be in the team to start with and gradually increase the team size.

• generating the revenue from on boarded clients as per client needs with the help of advisory/dealer.

• advising clients regarding investments and various products which lead in revenue generation for the company.

• nurture the team member guides them properly.

• justify at least 1x ctc of his own and 2x of teams ctc…..(attractive incentive structure also with ctc on achieving target)
