Recruit and Manage the Team of Relationship Managers.

Team of RMs should be joining with the Team Leader

Minimum 5 RMs should be in the team to start with and gradually increase the team size.

Generating the Revenue from on boarded clients as per client needs with the help of advisory/dealer.

Advising clients regarding investments and various products which lead in revenue generation for the company.

Nurture the team member guides them properly.

Justify at least 1x CTC of his own and 2x of teams CTC..(Attractive Incentive Structure also with CTC on achieving target)

Experience : 4 - 7 Years

No. of Openings : 2

Education : Any Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, M.B.A/PGDM
