- lead and manage end-to-end store operations including inventory, order fulfillment, staff management, and logistics coordination.

- ensure smooth functioning of inbound and outbound logistics activities.

- supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of supervisors, warehouse staff, and logistics personnel.

- conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations.

- foster a high-performance and safety-driven culture within the team

- oversee accurate stock management and ensure proper storage and fifo (first in, first out) compliance.

- conduct periodic stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.

- minimize wastage, pilferage, and stock discrepancies.

- ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining service-level agreements (slas).

- collaborate with the last-mile delivery team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

- address customer complaints and issues related to store operations.

- plan daily manpower, equipment, and resource allocation based on forecasted order volume.

- monitor peak demand and implement contingency plans during high-volume periods.

- ensure adherence to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and company sops.

- stay compliant with labor laws, logistics regulations, and audit requirements.

- conduct regular safety drills and risk assessments.

- monitor store operating costs and work towards optimizing resource utilization.

- implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.

- generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

- use data insights to drive improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and delivery timelines.

- collaborate with procurement, transportation, customer service, and central warehouse teams to streamline processes.

- escalate and resolve operational issues in coordination with relevant departments.

- ensure effective use of warehouse management systems (wms) and other logistics software tools.

- drive digital initiatives and automation for process improvement.
