Job description for Senior Manager- Business Development & Sales FMCG/FODD & BEVERAGES/HORECA-INDUSTRY/Hotel & Institutional (Domestic)
1. To Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
2. To Identify new markets, clients and excellent understanding of Customer requirements
3. To arrange meeting with prospective clients.
4. To promote the companys products/services.
5. Maintain record of sales, revenue, invoices, payments etc.
6. Build rapport and long term relationship with new & existing customers.
7. Build a strong sales team by training internal high potential employees and by hiring externally.
8. To protect organizational values by keeping information confidential.
9. To manage, lead and motivate sales team to achieve monhly, quarterly & yearly target and in addition to support the companys Director in strategic planning & management for expansion of business.
10. Able to travel outside Delhi(within India) frequently to meet existing & new clients
11. Must have HORECA Experience
Requirements
1. Proven working experience on a senior sales leadership role within minimum of 5 years or more
2. Proven sales track record ideally in the Hotel & institutional industry
3. Proficiency in ms office
4. Proficiency In English & maths
5. Expertise in Textiles
6. Team Player that thrive in helping others to succeed
7. Strategic thinking & problem solving ability
8. Excellent Market knowledge
9. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills with Sound negotiation skills
10. Ability to build rapport with team
11. Time management & planning skills
12. Graduate/MBA in sales or relevant field.
13. Candidate should have personal Car/Bike
