- Create and execute sales plans to promote bath fittings, sanitaryware, and marble products to retail and project clients.

- Identify and approach potential clients such as architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and retail customers.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Plan and execute promotional activities, campaigns, and events to increase brand visibility in the market.

- Conduct regular visits to ongoing construction or renovation projects to introduce relevant products and close deals.

- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to recommend strategic changes and improve market share.

- Create customized presentations and quotations for clients based on their specific project needs.

- Work closely with the in-house sales and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and after-sales support.

- Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales goals, and report progress to management.

- Assist in online promotions, content creation, and social media engagement to support the marketing strategy.
