Job Description

- Visit clients, lead generation, product demos, business development.

- Identify and approach potential clients for IT infrastructure, digital classroom solutions, CCTV surveillance, and networking projects.

- Generate leads through cold calling, client visits, and online channels.

- Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.

- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

- Provide product demonstrations and handle customer queries effectively.

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for various IT and digital products.

- Promote brand awareness through social media, digital channels, exhibitions, and trade shows.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

- Gather client feedback and market intelligence to improve offerings and sales strategies.

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, leads, and sales progress using CRM tools or Excel.

- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
