Role Details

-Seeking Sales Manager to sell Whitehat Jrs product that our customers have grown to rely on.

-Personally make sales calls to convert high performing hot leads post free trial class.

-We have an incredible conversion rate of 25%, allowing tremendous incentive-generation opportunity for a high performing manager.

Job Skills

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation skills.

2. Strong negotiating skills, close deals over call with parents, ability and willingness to deliver in a high pressure environment.

3. Demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

4. Create urgency of coding in todays era.

5. Sell product like a need.

6. Ability to counsel a parent for the child's future.

7. Initiating phone conversations with parents who complete the demo classes for their kids.

8. Communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, whatsapp, SMS etc.

9. Achieving the weekly targets in a high pressure performance driven competitive environment

10. Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, Average revenue per sale, etc.

11. Ready to Work From Home.

12. Ready to re-locate to Mumbai. (apply only if you are OK with relocation).

? Laptop & Wi-fi are mandatory.

? Basic Qualification: Graduation mandatory

? Experience: Preferably >2 years of experience in Sales, fresher may also apply.
