Role Overview
The Marketing Expert will design and execute strategic marketing initiatives to elevate K LON’s brand presence, drive demand across target verticals, and support pipeline growth. This role blends B2B industrial marketing with a data-driven, digital-first approach—including trade shows, lead generation, and brand communications.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Marketing & Branding
o Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with growth objectives.
o Build differentiated messaging showcasing K LON’s core strengths: German precision technology, in house testing capabilities, and sector expertise across automotive, appliances, telecom, furniture, etc. .
o Position the company effectively within industrial exhibitions, digital channels, and industry forums.
• Digital & Lead Generation
o Manage website content, SEO, PPC campaigns, and digital advertising to increase qualified leads.
o Set and track KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, and cost per lead – iterating for continuous improvement.
• Trade Shows & Events
o Plan and manage company presence at expos (. regional trade-shows), coordinating booth design, collateral, and promotional strategies.
o Oversee post-event follow-up with captured leads and performance review.
o Support sponsorships and thought leadership.
• Content Marketing & PR
o Produce high-value content: case studies, blogs, whitepapers showcasing technical expertise (., polymer compounding, material testing).
o Work with external media, trade journals, and industry platforms for interviews, articles, and brand positioning.
• Sales Enablement
o Create product sheets, presentation decks, email templates, and demo assets for field sales teams.
o Provide training to sales on new marketing tools, messaging, and digital engagement strategies.
• Market Intelligence
o Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer segments across verticals (automotive, appliances, etc.).
o Use insights to identify new market segments and refine positioning.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of B2B industrial marketing experience— must have Polymer Compounding (Nylon 6/66, PBT), polymer, plastics, manufacturing, or engineering sectors ideal.
• Proven planning and execution of event strategies, SEO/PPC campaigns, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical ability—comfortable with marketing metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Sound knowledge of local demographic target market and languages.
Preferred Skills
• Technical understanding of polymer compounding, material testing, or engineering processes.
• Experience with ISO/IATF certification processes, relevant to QA communications.
• Network within industry associations and trade communities.
• Familiarity managing sponsorships and media interviews.
