· Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities
· Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships
· Convert Leads to Qualified Opportunities leveraging strong customer understanding skills, following the BANT guideline, by identifying the correct decision makers/influencers and understanding their requirements along with timelines and budget (BANT).
· Maintaining and updating the lead generation DB, Reporting, and Lead Gen. Activity Tracker
· Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
· Establish & maintain strong relationships with clients & new prospects (following up on inbound leads from different sources, proactive cold calling)
· Update Sales Reporting Tools (IS Business Scorecards, CRMs, XLs, etc.) on a regular basis
· Present the performance progress in weekly Rhythm of Business calls and Reviews.
