- Showcase a wide range of products including gold, diamond, gemstone, and customized jewelry.

- Explain product features, pricing, quality standards, and hallmarking details.

- Maintain strong knowledge of all jewelry types, current collections, and new arrivals.

- Educate customers about the uniqueness of each item, craftsmanship, and certifications.

- Coordinate with the cashier and billing team to ensure accurate and prompt invoicing.

- Maintain records of customer purchases and preferences.

- Follow up with clients regarding special orders, repair status, or upcoming promotions.

- Ensure the display counters are neat, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.

- Replenish and rearrange stock as per visual merchandising guidelines.

- Collaborate with inventory, workshop, and managerial staff for smooth sales execution.

- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and appearance as per brand standards.
