Job Description

- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom or service center.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles or services.

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's vehicle inventory and services.

- Negotiate prices, trade-in values, and financing options with customers.

- Close sales deals and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately

- Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

- Follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company

- Work closely with the service, finance, and marketing departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Coordinate with the service team to schedule vehicle deliveries and post-sale services

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market demands.

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
