- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors to ensure consistent product availability and favorable terms.
- Possess deep technical knowledge of solar products, lighting systems, insulation, and cabling solutions to effectively present and promote offerings.
- Prepare and present competitive quotations and tender documents to clients in coordination with vendors.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new vendor opportunities, evaluate pricing trends, and monitor competitor activities.
- Benchmark existing vendors against industry standards for quality, cost, and reliability.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and project execution teams to align vendor deliveries with project timelines.
- Ensure all vendors meet legal, safety, and quality compliance standards.
- Maintain updated vendor agreements, certifications, and documentation.
- Provide detailed reports on vendor performance, sales metrics, and market expansion opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and networking events to identify potential vendors and generate leads.
