About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive/Manager to join our growing team in the Events & Exhibition industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the event space and looking to drive business growth by building strategic partnerships, acquiring new clients, and expanding market presence. You will play a key role in promoting our event services and exhibition solutions to corporate clients, trade bodies, and industry professionals.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and exhibitions space.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Develop customized proposals and pitch decks aligned with client needs.

Secure partnerships, sponsorships, and exhibit sales for trade shows and events.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, design) to ensure successful delivery of client projects.

Represent the company at industry networking events, trade fairs, and business forums.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Provide feedback and suggestions for new event concepts and strategic direction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.

25 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisitionpreferably in events, exhibitions, or media.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Comfortable with client-facing roles and presentations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Self-starter with a proactive approach and team-player mindset
