Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Sales Support

o Act as primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and visits.

o Prepare and follow up on quotations; track order confirmations and amendments.

Order Processing & MIS Management

o Enter sales orders into CRM/MIS.

o Coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure timely dispatches.

o Maintain and update sales dashboards: orders, pipelines, payments, complaints.

Logistics & Dispatch Coordination

o Liaise with logistics partners to schedule shipments and manage documentation.

o Track dispatch schedules and update customers proactively.

Cross-Functional Liaison

o Work closely with production/R&D (Palghar), warehouse, quality, and finance teams.

o Resolve bottlenecks expediting production changes, addressing inventory or documentation issues.

Reporting & Analytics

o Prepare daily/weekly sales reports: order status, dispatch performance, invoice follow-up.

o Highlight bottlenecks and propose process improvements.

Customer Relationship Management

o Address post-sale issues and coordinate internal resolutions.

o Capture customer feedback and relay to sales and product teams.

General Coordination

o Support trade show/event logistics, sales team preparations, and other ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Experience: 2 to 5 years in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles (preferably B2B/manufacturing).

Technical Skills:

o Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word), CRM/MIS systems; SAP familiarity a plus.

o Strong communication skills verbal and written.

o Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks accurately.
