Responsibilities

Respond to customers in a timely manner;

Monitor, track and report feedback and online reviews;

Coordinate work with marketing, PR and communications departments;

Create, lead and moderate chats for community members to communicate;

Attract new customers;

Keep up-to-date all the information needed for the customers;

Develop and improve formats for community development;

Build relationships with customers and industry professionals.

Required skills:

English at the B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level and above;

Attention to details, critical thinking and ability to solve problems;

Ability to work with social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn etc.);

Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

Time management skills, process management;

Communication skills, writing skills;

Experience in managing social networks for brands;

Administrative and organizational capabilities;

It will be of advantage if you have experience of previous work in a crypto or financial industry;

We will consider only candidates with over 2 years of past experience at SMM.
