Responsibilities
• Respond to customers in a timely manner;
• Monitor, track and report feedback and online reviews;
• Coordinate work with marketing, PR and communications departments;
• Create, lead and moderate chats for community members to communicate;
• Attract new customers;
• Keep up-to-date all the information needed for the customers;
• Develop and improve formats for community development;
• Build relationships with customers and industry professionals.
Required skills:
• English at the B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level and above;
• Attention to details, critical thinking and ability to solve problems;
• Ability to work with social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn etc.);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Time management skills, process management;
• Communication skills, writing skills;
• Experience in managing social networks for brands;
• Administrative and organizational capabilities;
• It will be of advantage if you have experience of previous work in a crypto or financial industry;
• We will consider only candidates with over 2 years of past experience at SMM.
