Job Description

- Greet patients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.

- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.

- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for diagnostic tests, consultations, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with laboratory and technician staff to ensure timely service.

- Provide accurate information about available diagnostic services, pricing, test preparations, and reporting timelines.

- Assist walk-in patients with registration and guide them through the diagnostic process.

- Maintain accurate billing records and provide receipts to patients.

- Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of patient data.

- Coordinate with lab technicians, radiologists, and doctors for report timelines and urgent test requests.

- Ensure the reception area is clean, well-organized, and welcoming.

- Display updated brochures, health information, and service notices neatly.
