front desk management �� greet and assist visitors, manage incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.

office administration �� maintain records, handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage daily office operations.

data entry & documentation �� accurately enter, update, and maintain company data, ensuring confidentiality.

computer operations �� use ms office, email, and basic office software for preparing letters, reports, and presentations.

communication handling �� manage phone, email, and in-person communication with professionalism.

record management �� maintain employee, client, and inventory records systematically.

support to management �� assist management with administrative tasks, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure smooth workflow.

customer service �� address client queries, provide information, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.

printing & scanning tasks �� operate printers, scanners, and photocopiers for official work.

coordination �� liaise between departments for smooth information flow.

qualifications

education �� minimum 12th pass; graduation in any stream preferred.

computer proficiency �� strong knowledge of ms office (word, excel, powerpoint), email drafting, and internet browsing.

typing speed �� minimum 30 - 40 words per minute with accuracy.

language skills �� proficiency in english & hindi (reading, writing, speaking); additional languages are an advantage.

experience �� 0 - 2 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with strong skills may also apply.

soft skills �� excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a pleasant personality.

time management �� ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
