Job Description

- Design, establish, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System encompassing raw material receipt, in-process monitoring, finished product inspection, and storage.

- Lead internal and external audits to ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.

- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and third-party auditors, addressing any non-conformities promptly.

- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure the quality of raw materials.

- Develop and implement supplier quality improvement programs.

- Conduct training sessions for staff on quality standards, food safety practices, and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.

- Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and safety.

- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Utilize tools like Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to identify areas for process optimization.

- Maintain comprehensive records of quality assurance activities, including audit reports, test results, and corrective actions.
