Purchase Executive (Female)

- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers for pharma raw materials, packaging materials, and machinery.

- Analyze production and inventory requirements to plan timely procurement.

- Coordinate with production, R&D, and QA teams to ensure availability of materials as per demand.

- Ensure orders are placed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse teams to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

- Ensure that purchased materials comply with required quality standards and regulatory guidelines (., GMP, FDA, WHO).

- Implement cost-saving measures by identifying alternative vendors or negotiating better terms.

- Track market trends and fluctuations in prices for strategic sourcing.

- Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, vendor agreements, invoices, and delivery notes.

- Follow up on order deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on purchase activities, budgets, and vendor performance.

- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary procurement documents and records.
