Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
Manage budgets and forecasts. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.

Improve the existing procedures for outgoing and incoming resources and track inventory for the warehousing department (Dispatch & Store).
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
