Job Title: Operations Executive (with Administrative Support)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support daily business operations and provide basic administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between departments and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Planning and Executing Operational Processes and Workflows:

Collaborate with management to support the development, implementation, and refinement of operational plans, ensuring optimal use of resources and alignment with company goals.

Monitor Daily Activities to Ensure Tasks Are Completed on Time:

Track daily team activities, follow up on pending assignments, and proactively identify and resolve delays or bottlenecks to ensure timely task completion.

Coordinate with Internal Teams and External Vendors as Needed:

Serve as a communication bridge between departments and external partners/vendors to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and alignment of expectations.

Prepare Reports, Maintain Records, and Manage Basic Data Entry Tasks:

Collect operational data, prepare structured reports and dashboards for review, and ensure all files and logs are accurately updated in both digital and physical formats.

Support Administrative Tasks such as Scheduling Meetings, Handling Correspondence, and Maintaining Files:

Manage executive calendars, organize team meetings, draft official communication, and maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and hard copy) for easy reference and compliance.

Help with Procurement and Inventory Tracking:

Assist in raising purchase requests, tracking order status, maintaining updated inventory logs, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the availability of required resources.
