Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Take actual measurements of all work as per drawings and prepare measurement sheets along with sketches/layouts, etc.

Check and verify all bills, and finalize the same by validating measurements and job specifications as per the work order.

Review bills to ensure they match the actual work done on-site and align with the BOQ and work order clauses.

Maintain detailed recordsproject-wise, phase-wise, and work-wiseof contractor bills, material delivery challans, measurement sheets, billing documents, and contract documents (both hard and soft copies).

Conduct site visits to check work status, quality, material consumption/coverage, and measurement sheets.

Analyze various aspects of the project depending on its size and type.

Prepare preliminary cost estimates for projects in the conceptual stage.

Assist the Senior Manager with all MEP-related tasks.

Perform comparative analysis of estimates for various specifications and recommend optimal cost-effective solutions aligned with company standards.
