Job Description

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in ledgers and accounting software.

Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.

Process and reconcile vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.

Track construction project costs, including labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses.

Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

Help in the preparation of tax returns and audits in collaboration with external consultants.

Generate reports related to budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).

Maintain filing systems for accounting documents and records.
