Job Description

Rajkesar Multispeciality Hospital is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resource functions of the hospital. The HR Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, and supporting hospital accreditation processes like NABH.

Key Responsibilities-

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning

Ensure proper attendance, leave, and payroll management

Develop and implement HR policies aligned with hospital goals

Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution

Coordinate employee training, development, and performance appraisals

Maintain compliance with labor laws and support NABH documentation

Foster a positive workplace culture and staff motivation
