Ensure Employee Benefits plan is function and update any changes
Recruiting and Interviewing Staffing
Resolve employee issues as they arise
Maintenance of all Employee files
Updates and revisions of Employees Policies Answer questions and provide additional clarification
Resolve day-to-day employee issues
Liaise between staff, Managers, and Owners
Stay current with new legislation and advise Executives when necessary
Assist with administrative duties including receptionist
About You
Diploma or degree in related field
2-3 years of HR/Administrative experience
Experience with payroll supervision and ability to back-up in emergencies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong written and oral communications skills
Interpersonal skills and be highly motivated
