Roles & Responsibilities:
1. This is HR Head position, with a small team of professionals/Manager. The job requirement covers
both: a) Strategic HR, covering Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development (Primary Requirement).
b) Operational HR, including compliances.
2. HR function is responsible for Manpower Productivity & thus associated with all strategic &
operational areas covering: a) Hiring appropriate talents in line with business objectives. b)
Compensation & benefit management. c) HR Interventions in appraisals, career growth &
development. d) Employee Motivation, on boarding, attrition & hygiene. e) Operational areas like Pay
roll, labour compliances, policies & processes.
Nice to Have
• MBA/PGDM in HR/BBA
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and
• Excel) and CRM/ experience preferred
Qualification:
Graduate with post graduate Management degree (full time) from top/ tier II Business schools,
preferably with specialization in HRM.
