Job Description

- Coordinate full-cycle hiring: post job ads, screen CVs, schedule and conduct interviews.

- Facilitate new employee orientation and induction—highlighting RM’s culture, food safety practices, and quality standards.

- Maintain accurate employee data: personal records, attendance, leave, and performance documentation.

- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, food safety regulations (., HACCP, GMP), and internal policy frameworks.

- Assist with payroll preparation, leave tracking, and full & final settlements.

- Manage employee benefits—from health insurance to leave policies and meal/transport facilities.

- Coordinate ongoing training—onboarding, food safety, sanitation, and soft skills.

- Track training attendance and maintain records aligned with regulatory requirements.

- Serve as HR contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.

- Support performance management processes—coordinate appraisals, compile feedback, and assist for improvement plans.

- Manage day-to-day office operations: supplies, facility maintenance, utilities, and asset tracking.

- Coordinate with vendors for service contracts (cleaning, cafeteria, security), ensuring smooth facility functioning.

- Organize meetings, conferences, and company events (festivals, annual days, town halls).

- Handle official documentation: minutes, correspondence, couriers, and employee communications.

- If applicable, supervise transport arrangements, attendance billing, and vendor liaison.

- Maintain canteen hygiene standards, manage vendor operations, and track headcounts.

- Monitor employee health and safety: first-aid, periodic checks, and workplace incident coordination.

- Uphold confidentiality in handling sensitive information: employee files, payroll, medical data.

- Maintain compliance documentation for audits under labor & food regulations.
