• End To End Recruitment Process Like Sourcing Of Candidates From Job Portals, Taking Care Of Interview And Selection Process.

• HR Administration (Eg. Leave Management, Employee Database, Salary Inputs, Training History Cards).

• Core HR (Eg. Induction, Employee Engagement, Counseling, Exit Interviews, Discipline) Coordination Of Annual Appraisals Process.

• Bridge Management And Employee Relations By Addressing Demands, Grievance Or Other Issues.

• Training And Development.

• Nurture A Positive Working Environment Across The Organization.

• Oversee And Manage A Performance Appraisal System That Drives High Performance.

• Maintain Payroll And Benefits Program.

• Report To Management And Provide Decision Support Through HR Metrics.

Requirements

• 5 Year Experience In The Entire Gamut Of HR Functions.

• Strong Recruiting And On Boarding Skills.

• Attention To Detail And Good Judgement.

• Should Be Able To Perform Under Pressure.

• Knowledge Of HR System And Database.

• Good Leadership Skills.
