• end to end recruitment process like sourcing of candidates from job portals, taking care of interview and selection process.

• hr administration (eg. leave management, employee database, salary inputs, training history cards).

• core hr (eg. induction, employee engagement, counseling, exit interviews, discipline) coordination of annual appraisals process.

• bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievance or other issues.

• training and development.

• nurture a positive working environment across the organization.

• oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

• maintain payroll and benefits program.

• report to management and provide decision support through hr metrics.

requirements

• 5 year experience in the entire gamut of hr functions.

• strong recruiting and on boarding skills.

• attention to detail and good judgement.

• should be able to perform under pressure.

• knowledge of hr system and database.

• good leadership skills.
