• bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievance or other issues.
• training and development.
• nurture a positive working environment across the organization.
• oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• maintain payroll and benefits program.
• report to management and provide decision support through hr metrics.

• 5 year experience in the entire gamut of hr functions.
• strong recruiting and on boarding skills.
