Job Description

Draft and vet all types of agreements (vendor, client, subcontractor, JV, etc.)

Draft, review, and manage Work Orders (WO) and Purchase Orders (PO) with legal enforceability

Maintain records and timely updates of all agreements and contracts

Ensure compliance with legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions (., CG, IB, etc.)

Draft and manage Corporate Guarantees and Bonds

Keep records of Indemnity Bonds, Bank Guarantees, and Legal Undertakings

Monitor, update, and ensure timely renewal/extension of contracts and legal documents

Draft and issue legal notices on behalf of the company (internal and external)

Handle all types of legal correspondence and formal communication

Represent company in legal forums or liaise with external legal counsel

Maintain proper documentation and repository of legal records

Provide legal inputs on construction claims, disputes, and arbitration

Ensure statutory compliance related to real estate, labor laws, and environmental regulations

Advise management on legal risks and strategic decisions

Liaise with government and regulatory authorities as required

Draft legal disclaimers, policies, and internal legal advisories
