Hello, Folks,

Our team is looking for Graphic Designers who can use letters, illustrations, and colors to communicate a strong message visually and conceptually. Ideally, the individual should have prior experience in creating social media-ready designs/posts and be comfortable with making visual stories based on data visualization.

Responsibilities and Duties

Creating high quality, high impact visual assets for digital, video, animation and social media based on the briefs

Create a visual identity for the digital media channel through outstanding designs, posts, thumbnails, carousel posts and graphic elements.

Visualize and create data-driven posts to communicate with larger audiences.

Study design briefs and determine requirements

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

Test graphics across various media

Amend designs after feedback

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Required Skills, and Qualifications

Proven graphic designing experience

A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics across a variety of channels and mediums, especially digital

Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

A keen eye for aesthetics and details

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Possesses a passion for clean design, a love for typography, and an understanding of data visualization and color theory.

A keen observer of social media trends, current affairs, and political issues

Experience in handling small to large-scale publications, understanding of print media, and expertise in delivering high-end marketing collaterals, posters, and other print-related material

Experience:

2-5 years' experience is required

Degree in Design, Fine Arts or relat
