Role Overview:

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for meeting potential customers, explaining various insurance products, and helping them choose suitable plans based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers in the assigned area to promote and sell insurance products.

Explain policy features, premium details, and claim processes clearly.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Follow up on leads and convert them into active policyholders.

Maintain regular records of sales and customer interactions.

Meet monthly sales targets and report to the sales supervisor.

Skills Required:

Good communication and persuasion skills

Confidence and a pleasant attitude while dealing with customers

Basic understanding of insurance (preferred but not mandatory)

Willingness to travel locally as part of the field role

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Basic record-keeping and reporting ability
