Job Overview:
We are hiring dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our range of SOLIDWORKS products3DEXPERIENCE, Simulation, and Desktop versionsto customers across Mumbai and nearby regions. Each product line represents a unique solution for different engineering needs, and we are looking for professionals with the ability to understand technical products and translate their benefits to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and qualify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Product-Specific Sales Focus:
SOLIDWORKS 3DEXPERIENCE: Focus on cloud-based collaborative product development solutions.
SOLIDWORKS Simulation: Promote engineering analysis tools for FEA, CFD, and design validation.
SOLIDWORKS Desktop: Cater to core CAD needs for mechanical design and drafting.
Solution Selling:
Understand customer requirements and offer product recommendations based on their needs.
Work with the technical team for product demos, POCs, and solution presentations.
Sales Closure & Reporting:
Prepare and send proposals/quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales orders.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and share weekly progress reports with the sales manager.
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong post-sales relationships for upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with the technical and support teams for implementation follow-up.

Candidate Profile:
Education:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related Engineering fields.
MBA in Marketing or Sales is highly preferred.
Experience:
13 years of B2B field sales experience in technical/engineering/IT products.
Freshers with strong technical aptitude and interest in sales may also apply.
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of CAD/CAE tools or engineering software is a plus.
Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS or similar platforms is highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.
