we're expanding and looking for field sales representatives to help us onboard drivers to our platform in key areas.

🎯 key responsibilities

travel to motor parks, markets, fueling stations, mechanic workshops, logistics hubs, and driver hotspots to recruit new drivers.

pitch the benefits of joining our platform to ride-hailing and delivery drivers.

help drivers download the app, create accounts, and complete registration (with documents).

conduct on-the-spot training on how to use the app.

distribute flyers, referral cards, and promotional materials in strategic locations.

report daily/weekly onboarding progress to the sales manager or operations lead.

provide feedback from the field to help improve our onboarding process and incentives.
