Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact for the CEO among users, investors, team members, and other external partners
Research, organize, execute, and assist with team activities (investor meetings, all-hands meetings, off-sites, team social events, etc.)
Serve as an extension of the Founders, take on a wide breadth of tasks and responsibilities so that they can refocus on other areas as necessary
Draft presentations, decks, meeting notes, and documents for Founders
Manage Founders' work tools - email to achieve 'inbox zero', effective management of their calendars, etc.
Manage all types of daily correspondence to ensure professional, accurate, and timely responses and appropriate prioritization.
Responding to emails/call and document requests on behalf of executives
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Calendar Management: have an up-to-date calendar to ensure effective daily schedules and attendance.
Screening phone calls and dealing with enquiries where appropriate.
Preparing MoMs, emailing & following up on the same.
Composing and preparing correspondence on behalf of the Director as and when required and as guided.
Collating reports and documents for the weekly and monthly meetings as and when instructed and to co-ordinate with different teams to ensure the tasks are delivered on time to the Chairman.
Working and managing the Directors office efficiently and proactively
Administrative support to the Director as and when required.
Maintaining sensitivity and confidentiality about all the tasks assigned.
Handling all travel related duties.
Meeting and greeting the Clients who come to meet the Chairman.
General office administration to be handled proactively.
