Job Description

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key distributors, contractors, and industrial clients in the construction sector.

- Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally

- Identify and act on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for product lines like bitumen, sealants, and waterproofing solutions .

- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to prepare tailored proposals and quotations aligned with client needs .

- Undertake field visits to construction sites and client offices to understand usage patterns, gather feedback, and identify service improvement areas

- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to inform strategy and customer engagement

- Promptly manage complaints and product issues, facilitating coordination between clients and technical support teams

- Conduct periodic satisfaction reviews and surveys, using insights to drive continuous improvement

- Maintain accurate client information, interactions, and transaction records in the CRM system

- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, revenue growth, support issues, and satisfaction metrics to management

- Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, technical service, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and effective product implementation .

- Align internal resources to meet client project schedules and technical requirements.

- Develop account-specific engagement plans to strengthen relationships and secure long-term client loyalty .

- Assist in formulating strategies to reduce churn and enhance customer retention through product innovation and service excellence .
