key responsibilities
handle inbound & outbound calls related to flight bookings, rescheduling, refunds, cancellations, and travel inquiries.
respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone with accuracy and professionalism.
assist customers in resolving ticketing issues, payment concerns, or documentation requirements.
maintain customer interaction records in crm systems.
explain airline policies, baggage rules, travel guidelines, and fare conditions.
coordinate with internal teams and airline partners to process customer requests.
ensure high customer satisfaction with timely and effective problem resolution.
follow standard operating procedures (sops) and achieve daily/weekly performance targets.
skills required
excellent communication skills in english & hindi.
good listening and problem-solving abilities.
basic computer proficiency (ms office, crm tools).
customer-centric approach with patience and empathy.
ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends/holidays).
knowledge of travel/airline industry is a plus.
eligibility criteria
education: 12th pass / graduate.
experience: 0–3 years in bpo/customer service (freshers welcome).
age: 18–35 years.
immediate joiners preferred.
