Responsibilities
Manage a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Accurately input and/or confirm information with regards to the customer’s location, type of emergency, etc.
Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately based on set parameters
Be willing to go the extra mile
Required Qualifications
Able to converse proficiently in at least English and Hindi
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening are required
Strong customer focus and ability to adapt to different personality types of customers
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Candidates must be willing to learn and be trained
Candidates must be able to maintain focus during slack periods
A minimum of a high school degree is required
Candidates will be required to have a good internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps) and a working telephone line
Desired Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred but not necessary
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred but not necessary
Knowing a third language would be nice but is not necessary
