you need to research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.

Ø you need to increase revenues, growth in terms of business expansion, increasing profitability by building strategic partnerships and making strategic business decisions.

Ø you need to focus on three growth strategies: market penetration, market development, product development.

Ø you need to generate a strong pipeline of leads through your own network.

candidate requirements:

ü proficiency in at least two languages

ü at least 1-2 years proven sales experience

ü communication, time management, creative and planning skills

ü ability to manage multi-task

ü developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met

ü understanding the basic financial concept

ü ability to make presentations

ü ability to deliver the presentation to the key person and a large group of gathering

ü good selling skills

ü utilizing existing networks and relationships to build new business

ü ability to work in a team or standalone plus a determination and motivation to exceed targets

ü ability to learn by observation, intersection and introspection

ü has a degree of goal orientation

ü ability to come back with ideas & opportunities which will enable the organization to grow faster
