Ø You need to generate a strong pipeline of leads through your own network.
Candidate Requirements:
ü Proficiency in at least two languages
ü At least 1-2 years proven sales experience

ü Ability to manage multi-task
ü Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
ü Understanding the basic financial concept
ü Ability to make presentations
ü Ability to deliver the presentation to the key person and a large group of gathering
ü Good selling skills
ü Utilizing existing networks and relationships to build new business
ü Ability to work in a team or standalone plus a determination and motivation to exceed targets
ü Ability to learn by observation, intersection and introspection
ü Has a degree of goal orientation
