About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, self-motivated, and target-driven Business Development Executive (BD Executive) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, conducting follow-ups, and closing deals for our IT services and software products. This is a client acquisition role that requires strong communication skills and a results-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation
Conduct research to identify potential clients across industries and geographies
Use tele-calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online tools to generate qualified leads
Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
2. Client Outreach & Communication
Call and connect with prospects to introduce our services and software products
Pitch solutions tailored to client needs and set up demo meetings with senior sales or tech teams
Maintain professional and persuasive communication across phone, email, and chat
3. Follow-ups & Deal Closure
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to keep them engaged in the sales funnel
Handle objections and resolve queries with confidence
Own the sales cycle from initial contact to final deal closure
Coordinate with internal teams to finalize proposals and documentation
4. Client Acquisition
Convert leads into active paying customers
Acquire new clients for:
Custom IT Services (web/app development, IT consulting)
SaaS & Digital Products developed by the company
5. CRM & Reporting
Log all lead interactions, follow-ups, and status updates into the CRM system
Keep records up to date for accurate sales tracking and forecasting
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review
6. Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs such as leads generated, meetings booked, and deals closed
Support the companys growth strategy by actively contributing to revenue generation
Requirements:
Experience: 02 years in business development, inside sales, or tele-calling (IT or SaaS industry preferred)
Qualification: Any graduate or undergraduate with strong communication skills
Strong English & Hindi speaking skills (additional languages are a bonus)
Comfortable with outbound calling, follow-ups, and direct sales
Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.), LinkedIn
Confident, energetic, and proactive attitude toward achieving goals
Compensation & Details
Salary: 7,000 12,000/month (based on experience)
Incentives: Attractive bonuses for each successful deal or client acquisition
Work Timings: Flexible (depending on target region: India, EU, or North America)
