Our programs focus on introducing individuals especially school students to effective mindfulness practices designed to address various aspects of mental health, cognitive development and emotional regulation.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development(Sales) Executive with flexibility for some remote work. You will play a pivotal role in generating leads, doing sales pitch, meeting clients in person, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities resulting in business growth for increasing company revenue. Key Responsibilities
● Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
● Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify, engage and convert leads in the Education sector- schools, Universities, etc and Corporate sector.
● Institutional Sales: Though direct physical meetings.
● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities.
● Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to refine sales pitches.
What We’re Looking For
● Experience: 1 to 2 years in Education sales
● Sales Expertise: Strong sales background in Education sector
● Relationship Builder: Ability to engage and influence decision makers.
● Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and presentation software.
● Excellent Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation and storytelling skills.
Basics
● This is a Hybrid role-(2 days work from home)
● City preference - Delhi
● Work timings – 9:30am to 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday
● Package: 3 LPA
● Candidates need to have their own laptop.
