Job Description

? Developing the satisfaction level of customers by rendering services beyond excellence in order to optimize

a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.

? Resolving escalated grievances and queries on a day-to-day basis.

? Initiating contact with existing customers to help them further their business by acquiring new customers

? Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition for the customer.

? Analyse clients requirement and suggest new ways to acquire customers and new revenue streams and to assist the customer with the same.

? Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular contact.

? Making weekly market development calls to customers.

? Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests.

? Act as the point of contact for the client with other departments in the organisation in order to facilitate client requests.

? Assist in planning/ developing co-promotional campaigns, events, and B2C activities.

? Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

? Conduct promotional activities for market development & brand visibility

? An immense interest in developing a relationship with the customers

? Sales orientation would be a plus
