Hiring For Assistant Manager

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projectsensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budgets, and quality standards

- Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and provide status updates to the Engineering Manager and stakeholders .

- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff to foster growth and ensure high performance .

- Facilitate technical reviews, design discussions, and team coordination to maintain engineering excellence.

- Review engineering deliverables and designs to ensure compliance with internal standards, client requirements, and regulatory norms

- Actively support quality control audits and design-for-safety initiatives

- Participate in client meetings, prepare and follow-up on meeting minutes, address technical queries, and build rapport

- Liaise effectively with clients to ensure deliverables meet expectations and to pave the way for long-term partnerships.

- Coordinate with internal teamsoperations, procurement, finance, and administrationto drive seamless project execution

- Work closely with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate their services into project workflows

- Support budget planning, cost estimates, and resource allocation for engineering projects.

- Track project expenditures, monitor financial performance, and highlight variances for corrective action.

- Identify technical, operational, and safety risks; support in implementing preventive measures and track mitigation activities .

- Propose and implement process enhancements, workflow optimizations, or new tools/methodologies to elevate team efficiency and project outcomes .

- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

- Assist in proposal writing and client pitch preparation, contributing technical insights and cost estimates for new contracts .

- Help cultivate relationships with prospective clients to generate new project opportunities.
