We are urgently in search of BBA/MBA fresher for well-funded Edutech Startup for Gurgaon. Directors on board are from IIM & other premium institutions.

Desire candidates must have BBA/MBA fresher, along with excellent communication & interpersonal skills and ready to work for B2C process. Candidates can also do the work from home, in case he/she want to work from home or residing long distance or other part of India.

For BBA: 45 Nos

For MBA: 55 Nos

Job Description:

#1 .Calling Leads - Call on Parent Leads through your CRM, up to 60-75 Leads are to be called daily.

#2. Generating trial classes - Pitch to the parents to take Trial Class

#3. Take counselling sessions and convert them - Conduct counselling sessions for parents who take trial classes - Close the sale through smart and strategic approach - Generate Revenue.

Compensation: INR Lacs per annum for Graduate and INR 06 Lacs for MBA. (Any stream, who is willing to go for B2C sales.)
