Job Description & Duties:

The main purpose of this position is to gather intelligence on recent and upcoming bids and tenders.

Searching & downloading tenders from different government websites related to company profile.

Making documents for Quotations, physical tenders, online tenders & uploading in E-Portal.

Attend Tender opening, technical, price.

Support to the management team in all kinds of documentations, company registration in Govt./Institutes portals for e-tendering.

Handling Emails queries, letters & reply with company norms.

Prepare quotations & submit through courier or Email.

Track record of submitted tender.

Attending the tender opening and pre-bid meeting when required.

Follow-ups of getting the documentation/pricing/solutions.

Follow-ups of the submitted tender till the result declaration.

Execution process of the winning bid.

Maintaining original documents with respect to the contract.

Able to work on multiple proposals, tenders, BQ's of various size and complexity.

Generates weekly tender status reports highlighting progress on concerned tenders.

Competencies sought: Tender Preparation, Bidding, E-Tendering, Tender Analysis

Must have or optional (can be trained):

Must know how to go through the tender portal sites and other sites to identify and download the tenders that we wish to participate in.

Efficient in correspondence and coordination

Work Experience & skills:

Candidates should have prior experience in GEM bids and Government bids will be plus.

Strong time-management and organizational skills

Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.

Well-developed negotiation skills

Travelling all over India for New Business or attending other meetings related to projects/tender or any other matter as and when required.
