Report to Team Manager.
The Tele- Caller will be part of our World-Class Customer Support team where you will be responsible for supporting our customers with Visa products via inbound/outbound phone calls. You will complete work according to well-defined policies and procedures while delivering a positive customer interaction. We look for individuals who enjoy working in an environment that is as fun as it is challenging and can ensure that our customers receive world-class service. This position is work from home.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Contacting potential leads and making them aware of Benllo’s products and services.
Asking questions from the customer and understanding their requirements and guiding them accordingly and closing the lead.
Obtaining relevant information of the customer and updating them in the CRM
Hands-on experience of sales tool like CRM, Salesforce
Offer solutions based on customer needs and capabilities
Keep an updated customer database
Great Interpersonal, communication skills
Tele- Caller must deal with clients patiently and friendly
Abilities to generate leads through the database
Positive attitude, flexible to work under pressure
Good Time and management skills
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in Call Centre / BPO
Qualification; Bachelor Degree / Diploma
Immediate Joining.
A compulsory requirement for the position: Laptop, Strong internet connection, Quiet working area
Only apply if you are okay with 12 monthly contract with the possibility of an extension
You have to follow Dubai time 10 am - 7 pm
