We are seeking dedicated telecallers to call leads and convert prospects into customers for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from our database
Follow up on leads and inquiries about our properties
Schedule property visits and meetings with sales executives
Update and maintain the CRM database
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
Provide feedback on client responses to help improve marketing strategies
Create and maintain detailed call reports
Requirements:
1-5 years of experience in telemarketing/telesales
Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages would be an advantage)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory
