Job description:
Review and scrutinize claims and process claims into the computer system as per the provided Desk Level Procedures (DLPs) /guidelines.
Process claims in a timely manner, as per the required TAT
To maintain quality as per the SLA
To maintain productivity as per the SLA
Continuously meet and exceed the assigned targets
To maintain confidentiality of work done
To follow all regulatory requirements and procedures as per the company policy
Skills Required:
Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate
Good leadership skills.
good knowledge of KRA, KPI etc.
Should have handled team & escalation.
Shift Timings: 24x7 x 365 weekly offs
